What’s better in the summertime than ice-cold popsicles?
Unfortunately, most brands of popsicles are loaded with nothing but sugar. If you’re trying to lose weight or eat a healthy diet, sugar is the enemy.
BUT! If you want a refreshing, sugar free, zero calorie summer treat, give these bad boys a try.
They are DELICIOUS and completely guilt-free. In fact, they will help your muscles to build back from the booty you’ve been kicking (literally) doing my Bootylicious Workout Guide!
Why BCAAs? What do they do?
BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids.
They are beneficial to those who are looking to shed fat, & prevent muscle loss and soreness during the after-workout recover period.
Not only that, but studies also suggest that BCAAs may help regulate how full you feel, which will keep your healthy eating on course. Heck yeah!

The ingredients are fairly straightforward:
- 16 oz water
- 2 scoops BCAA
- Popsicle mold – I got mine at dollar tree for $1
- (optional) sliced fruit
I made these again because they were amazing, and this time I added sliced strawberries.
You’ll also want a shaker bottle to make sure that the powder fully dissolves. My favorite is the Blender bottle.
This is my absolute favorite BCAA. Nothing else that I’ve tried compares.
- Add the BCAA powder to your shaker bottle
- Add the water to your shaker bottle
- Shake shake shake
- Pour mixture into popsicle mold
- Freeze for 2+ hours
